Billy Slesk's State Farm Insurance office is searching for a "people person" who genuinely thrives on helping others. Becoming insurance licensed in Washington state is a necessary requirement. If you currently have a license there is a signing bonus after 3 months of $500. If you do not have a license we will pay the cost to get you there. There is alot to learn and you will have a super team here to help you.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Work alongside your agency’s team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.
- Above average communication skills in person and over phone.
- Fit in with our amazing team.
- Proactivity combined with ability to work for the betterment of the team as we help others.
- Property & Casualty license (then Life license)
- Begin at $20/hr. Moving to $21/hour when licensed.
- Commission added for production after license and agreement met.
- Paid time off (vacation and personal/sick days) 2 weeks/ year first 2 years, then 3 weeks.
- Health stipend of $300/month.
- Growth potential/Opportunity for advancement within my office.
- Signing bonus for pre-licensed professionals $500 after 3 months
